Halong luxury day cruise from Hanoi

07.15 - 08.45: Optional pick up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter
10.00: Have a break en-route at a Rest Stop in Hai Duong City. Relax, have a cup of tea or coffee, or take a look around the arts and crafts center within 25 minutes. It is also time for our driver to take a short rest after 2 hours driving in order to ensure the safety of the trip.
12.15: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Check-in and embark on our cruise. The cruise leaves Tuan Chau Harbor for an incredible trip to explore the beauty of Halong Bay.
12.30: Lunch is served with Vietnamese traditional specialties while cruising towards Hoa Cuong area. Along the way, enjoy extraordinary scenery of thousands of limestone islands and islets in Halong Bay such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, Fighting Cock Rock, Lu Huong Islet. Camera should be well prepared to take amazing pictures at these places.
14.00: Arrive at Hoa Cuong area, one of the most beautiful corners of Halong Bay. Surrounded by majestic limestone mountains, Hoa Cuong presents to you a mysterious world with wild and gracious beauty. Just like a sleeping princess, it is waiting for you to wake up.
Especially, you will see a beautiful limestone islet rising from seawater in the shape of a giant thumb, which is then called Thumb Rock. Mother Nature has put Thumb Rock here to send a message of goodness to every passenger cruising in Halong. Camera should be well prepared to take amazing pictures of this place.
14.30: The cruise heads towards Ba Hang area, formerly known as Ba Hang fishing village but now villagers have moved to another area. Exploring the hidden charm of the gorgeous Ba Hang in 45 minutes by kayaking
15.15: Back to Halong Sen Cruises and continue the exciting trip to the next stop.
15.30: Arrive at Thien Cung cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Together with our best guide, you will explore this unique and magnificent museum of natural arts elaborately created by the magic hands of Mother Nature.
16.15: On the way back to harbor, you will be participating in a cooking class to make fresh spring roll demonstrated by our chef on the sundeck. You also have a chance to enjoy Vietnamese lotus tea served with delicious candied lotus seeds.
The lovely subtle bitterness of the tea and the nice elegant sweetness of candied lotus seeds mingle in a perfect way, creating an unforgettable taste lingering in your mouth. Delicacy, elegance, and sophistication of the two specialties make Vietnamese people proud of their own unique culture. 17.00: The boat arrives at pier. End of the itinerary and transfer back to Hanoi.

08.00 - 08.30: Optional pick up guests from hotels at Hanoi Old Quarter. Use the NEW EXPRESSWAY Hanoi-Haiphong-Halong in comfort and time-saving. On the way, you could see the local beauties by rice fields, road-side lifestyle, longest sea-cross bridge…and we also skip the commercial shopping center as usual.

10.45 -11.15: Halong bay is famous with some floating pearl farm, the products for exporting. Visit pearl farm is an interesting activity. However, in one day tour, we have not enough time to do it. So we could visit a workshop on land to see how is a process of pearl collecting and see craft-man create the jewels from pearl

11.45: The bus will arrive Tuan Chau marina, easily get on Genesis Cruise by private pier, and then Crew, who will serve you along the trip with welcomed drink is served following Cruise manager’s briefing. While the boat heading the bay. Genesis uses Expressway to go, so early reach Halong bay and Cruising at first to be ‘’lonely on the bay’’.

12.40: Enjoy a nice set-menu lunch. By local flavors in each dish, it vitally helps to recuperate after a 4-hour-car drive. In the meantime, Genesis boat goes among islets, which make Halong becomes wonderland.
After lunch, you are free to relax on sundeck. While the light of afternoon decreases slightly, hundreds of islands with different shares definitely amaze you by its natural beauty. It is the best to watch unparalleled sceneries of Halong in slow motion.

14.00: Kayaking / Sam-pan rowing boat 
The boat will move to Hangluon (three tunnels) area, a water cave for kayaking, rowing bamboo boat or just stay on board for relaxing and the boar will slowly moving around to sightseeing more on the bay.
You will discover the area’s tranquility by kayaking – an indispensable water activity in Halong, for those who love challenging themselves or sitting on bamboo boat (Sampan), for those who love being gentle and sophisticated, to admire breathtaking scenes. This is moment you get closer to Halong’s nature. if you do not join any above activities, you could stay on sundeck for relaxing, then the boat will take you around the bay, do sightseeing other beautiful islets…such as Human head, Horse seat…Normally, this area is full of Cruises and tourists, but Genesis is one of the first cruise come here for afternoon, so it is really peaceful and less-touristic.

15.15: You will leave the boat and having around 01 hour to explore Sung Sot (Surprising) cave. This least known cave locates on a remote island, which is rare in cave-lake seascape. The compartment in the heart of Sung Sot cave is surrounded by extremely beautiful niches. The outside section has a high ceiling with lots of hangover. In particular, the second compartment suddenly expanded immensely with curved domes printed in streaks of very smooth and smooth hats, wholly over the head like a large, wide theater. This is the hugest and most beautiful cave in Halong bay, locates in core area of heritage site.

16.15: Sunset watching in the afternoon tea break. This is moment will take a rest after activities and capture the sunset on the bay. You also have time to enjoy other amazing sceneries of the wonder. A tea break with cocktails, fruits, snacks, egg coffee (included) will be served to full fill the romantic ambiance.

17.15: It is the time to say goodbye Halong bay, Disembark to get on the bus, moving to new expressway to get back Hanoi.
18.15: Shortstop for restroom if needed, only 5 minutes.
19.30 - 20.00: Say goodbye to you and hope you just enjoy the trip with us, see you again.
