I was so impress with all the accommodations the cruise has to offer. The crew is the jewel of my entire trip, they worked very hard to accommodate us. They were going out of their way to make sure our experience in Ha Long Bay will be a highlight of our trip in Vietnam. Our room has an incredible view, the foods and services are top class. I highly recommend Alisa to anyone considering taking overnight cruise at Ha Long Bay.

I traveled with my wife and my son who was only 15 months old, and he keep running around, we almost couldn't dine, but luckily the staffs were willing to take care of him during our meal so that we can eat. the boat is quite splendid. the room is not that big through but they have big public area as a compensation. the only thing I would recommend is: dinner potion should be bigger as Asian could eat more.

Was worth the price. The food was spectacular (truly over the top), and the boat itself is stunning. Very clean and new. The staff was what truly made the experience amazing. Everyone was so kind and willing to help in any way with requests etc. Special thanks to Tony (Tung), Jack, Duy (Jackie Chan), Anna and Philippe. Do note that the excursions can feel a bit repetitive (twice kayaking and twice caving) and would love to have spent more time enjoying the actual boat rather than spend time off it. Otherwise amazing!

Went on the Alisa premium one night cruise with hubby and teen daughter. Lovely modern boat opulently kitted out. We were upgraded to a fabulous premium cabin on the very back of the boat with a large suite and huge private balcony. Modern decadent bathroom with jacuzzi. We were picked up in their luxury bus ( free wi fi and charging ports) from Hanoi bang on time ( 7-30 am) and after around a 4 hour trip we were boarding . We had a lovely buffet lunch( lots of seafood) while our bags were boarded . Our daughter has some food allergies and the chef went out of his way to prepare special delicious meals she could eat. Nothing was too much trouble . So much food!!!! Staff were attentive and clearly invested in everyone having a good time. Only complaint was tea and coffee after the meal was at an extra cost. Thought this a bit stingy. Room had tea and coffee facilities but as black coffee drinkers only a satchel of cream coffee in the room. After lunch two activities were offered a short trip to snug sot cave and then a kayaking tour. We had a happy hour with nibbles on top deck at sunset and a demonstration of fresh spring roll preparation where we all got the chance to make our own. Dinner was a grand affair soooo much excellent food and a very upbeat mood across the dining room. Squid fishing on offer after dinner. Next morning after an earlish breakfast ( do not eat too much as a huge brunch is offered mid morning ) we headed to do a hike and swim at Ti Top island . Take your camera!! Bit too rushed we felt. Back to pack and have the amazing brunch which was delicious . Then back to the port and back on the bus to Hanoi. We enjoyed ourselves but felt rushed . Really would have enjoyed more time to just enjoy the great facilities . Not enough downtime . Perhaps a 2 day cruise would be better. Arrived back in Hanoi at about 4pm .

How difficult is the trekking on day 4? Also how much would adding an extra 2 days in Hanoi cost?
